David W. Hall
David Hall has more than 45 years of legal experience and has practiced law in Central Florida for over 35 years. He regularly represents municipal governments, as well as representing/assisting clients in business law issues, contracts, real estate matters, corporate matters, bankruptcies, wills, and probate matters.
In addition to litigation, courtroom, and mediation experience, David has performed many hours of pro bono legal services through legal aid service organizations and participated in the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes (FASH) program sponsored by the Florida Bar Association. After Hurricane Katrina devastated the Mississippi Gulf Coast, David joined other attorneys in providing pro bono legal assistance to families whose homesteads were damaged by the Hurricane in the clearing up of long-standing title issues affecting or encumbering property so that the owners could qualify for FEMA assistance. Many of the title issues identified and corrected spanned many decades and generations of family ownership of a property.
David firmly believes that fair and ethical legal representation of a client should be the number one priority of every attorney and he adheres to that principle in dealing with every client as well as with adversaries.
