Frank C. Whigham has been practicing law for more than 45 years. He began his career at Stenstrom, Mclntosh, Colbert & Whigham, P.A., in 1974, and has earned a reputation as one of the area’s foremost experts in business and real estate law, as well as estate planning and probate.
